By purchasing a photography session, package or pre-order with Jager Shoots LTD you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

•  Photographer: Alex Hulme, also known as Jager Shoots or Jager.

•  Client: The person or entity booking the photography services provided by the Photographer.

•  Event: The designated date and time for which the photography services are booked.

•  Images: Photographs taken by the Photographer during the Event.

Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the Client has paid the full amount for the chosen photography package, pre-order or session.

• Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the Client.

Cancellation

• Cancellation by Client: In the event of a cancellation by the Client, no refund will be provided.

• Should the client not show: No refund will be provided

• In the event the client performs poorly and doesn’t complete the event: No refund will be given.

• Cancellation by Photographer: If the Photographer needs to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Image Rights and Usage

• Usage Rights: By purchasing a photography package, the Client grants Jager Shoots LTD full rights to use the Images for promotional purposes on his social media, website, portfolio, and other marketing materials. 

• Client Usage: The Client is granted personal and commercial use rights to the Images.

• This includes the ability to use the Images for marketing, advertising, and other commercial purposes.

• Model Release: The Client acknowledges that any individuals photographed during the Event have consented to the use of their likeness in the Images and for the promotional purposes outlined above.

Liability

• Limitation of Liability: The Photographer's liability for any claim, loss, or injury arising from the Event or these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the photography package.

• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alex Hulme / Jager Shoots LTD from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the Images or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Loss or Damage: Alex Hulme / Jager Shoots LTD is not liable for any losses or damages incurred during the Event, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Amendments: The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on the Photographer’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
